SMOKER HOUSE CHEF
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year work experience
- Asian cuisine- Chinese, Korean, Malaysian.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook traditional Pakistani dishes such as biryani, karahi, nihari, kebabs, and regional specialties.
- Operate specialized equipment like tandoor ovens and handi pots.
- Ensure all mise en place is prepared according to recipes and service requirements.
- Maintain consistent quality, flavor, and presentation across all dishes.
- Monitor section inventory, portion control, and assist with ordering ingredients.
- Train and guide junior kitchen staff in Pakistani culinary techniques.
- Maintain food safety and hygiene practices at all times.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop new Pakistani-inspired menu items section
