CONCRETE MIXER PUMP OPERATOR/DRIVER

Qualifications:

  • Male Applicants
  • Minimum 5 years of experience operating mixer or heavy-duty trucks preferred
  • Valid heavy-duty driving license

Responsibilities:

  • To operate the mixer, making sure to follow the safety procedures by the factory and the pump manufacturer, from the booklet delivered by the factory, whether it is on the work site by pouring the required quantities of concrete to the customer
  • Maintaining the mixer, and that shall be done by the correct operation of the pump, starting from its opening through the required work procedure until close it after the end of work.
  • Keep the pump clean, by cleaning its part
  • Carry out the necessary preventive and emergency maintenance by following the oral and written instructions from the relevant maintenance department
  • Object to any situation that puts the pump in danger and communicate to the direct manager to stop it
  • Follow up on the site’s requests for concrete, whether by requesting an increase or being satisfied with the required and sent quantities by the factory salesman or the dispatch department
  • Maintaining and ensuring the quality of concrete, by not adding water from the pump and not allowing anyone
  • Communicate with laboratory technicians when there is a technical problem with the product
  • The pump operator should refuse to pour the mixer and not pour the quantity inside it if there is a risk to the pump
  • The operator should be with his pump during preventive or corrective maintenance and assist maintenance department
