Audit Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field and a CPA license, ACCA license or other suitable equivalent in good standing.
• Excellent analytical and technical skills
• Ability to manage and develop staff in a highly interactive team environment.
• Exceptional client service and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain outstanding client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Develop audit plans, set objectives, and supervise the audit process from start to finish.
• Scrutinize financial documents to ensure accuracy, transparency, and freedom from errors.
• Identify areas of risk within the company’s operations, develop policies to mitigate those risks, and evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls.
• Clearly communicate audit findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure the company’s adherence to government regulations, industry standards, and internal policies.
• Recommend enhancements to policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and strengthen internal controls
