SUPERVISOR MECHANICAL

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred
• Minimum of 5 years work experience

Responsibilities:

• Supervise mechanical works including piping, static & rotating equipment installation, structural fabrication, and mechanical maintenance.
• Allocate manpower, materials, and equipment to meet project timelines and productivity goals.
• Interpret and review engineering drawings, P&IDs, isometric drawings, and equipment datasheets.
• Ensure all mechanical installations comply with project specifications, standards (ASME, API, ASTM), and quality requirements.
• Oversee welding, fabrication, alignment, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Coordinate with QA/QC, planning, and HSE teams to ensure proper execution of work and adherence to safety standards.
• Review and implement method statements, ITPs, and job safety analyses (JSAs).
• Conduct toolbox talks and ensure strict compliance with permit-to-work systems and HSE regulations.
• Supervise subcontractors and vendors, ensuring quality and timely deliver
• Prepare daily progress reports and provide updates to the Superintendent or Project Manager.
• Support commissioning teams during precommissioning and mechanical completion phases.
