Motor Service Technician
Qualifications:
- Male applicants are preferred
- Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Field, with 3 years experience in similar job.
- With certifications: NETA, ISO 18436 (Vibration Analysis) preferred.
- Proficient with Meggers, MCs, surge testers, laser alignment tools.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct preventive/predictive maintenance (insulation resistance, vibration analysis, thermal imaging).
- Diagnose motor faults (winding failures, bearing wear, misalignment).
- Disassemble, clean, rewind, and reassemble motors.
- Perform load testing and commissioning.
- Documents service reports with test results and recommendations.
- Follow LOTO (Lockout-Tagout) and arc flash safety protocols
