JOINERY SUPERVISOR
Qualifications:
- Professional knowledge in joinery works such as cabinets, kitchens, doors ,and wardrobes.
- Skills in fixing ,assembling, and installing all types of joinery works.
- Proficient in taking measurements and reading technical drawings.
- Strong team management and leadership skills with the ability to deliver results on time, within quality ,and budget.
- Must have a valid passport.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and supervise joinery projects including the construction and installation of cabinets ,kitchens doors ,and wardrobes
- Coordinate and manage joinery teams to meet project deadlines, budgets, and quality requirements
- Review and interpret technical drawings, measurements, and specifications to guide the team
- Monitor workf low, assignt asks, and provide technical guidance to carpenters and joinery workers
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure adherence to project specifications and safety standards
- Maintain communication with project managers and other stakeholder store to report progress and resolve issues
- Manage and supervise teams to ensure timely delivery of results with high quality and within budget.
