Machine Operator

Qualifications:

• Minimum of two (2) years of relevant working experience as a Machine Operator or similar role
• At least a High School Graduate
• Male applicants are preferred for this role
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Basic knowledge of machine operation and quality control standards

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure efficient and continuous production flow
• Ensure quality and conformity of filled or packaged products based on company standards
• Regulate machine settings such as speed, temperature, and flow for optimal performance
• Record product, packaging, and order information accurately on required forms and logs
• Perform basic troubleshooting and report any machine malfunctions to supervisors
• Maintain cleanliness and follow safety and hygiene procedures in the production area

As part of the company’s strategic vision, Siniora Trading Company was established in 2009 as a distribution company to expand into the Saudi market. Saudi Siniora has a facility in Riyadh that boasts 3,500 square feet of storage space, in addition to a branch in Jeddah and one in Dammam.

In 2011, the company bought Unium, consolidating Siniora Food Industries as the dominant market leader within Jordan and Palestine for both canned meats and cold cuts, offering its Siniora and Unium brands to every household.
In 2014, Siniora Gulf General Trading was established as a distribution centre targeting the UAE market, expanding and reinforcing the company’s presence in the Gulf region.

The Siniora brand continues to evolve and advance, maintaining its place as the leading cold cut and canned meat manufacturer in the region, upholding consumer trust though its high-quality products for over a century. In 2015, production lines were upgraded to include frozen foods, which complement the company’s large assortment of cold cuts and canned meat, including mortadella, roasted meats, luncheon meats, salami, sausages, canned meats, burgers, escallops, spiced fillets, pastries and kubbeh.

In 2016, Siniora acquired the Dubai-based Diamond Meat Processing Company (Al-Masa) located in UAE, a move that further increased the company’s reach in the GCC market.

Siniora is a public shareholding company that has been trading on the Amman Stock Exchange market since 2012.
In 2021 Siniora acquired the Turkish company” Tarakya company for the manufacture and trade of meat and dairy products” with a nice brand called “Polonez” to add a new Milestone in its growth strategy to tackle new markets. By 2021 also Siniora proudly launched the first Gluten free and soya free plant – based brand called “Badeel” with premium raw materials, low calories and natural ingredients free of additives or preservatives.
