Rewinder Operator
Qualifications:
- Male applicants are proffered
- Minimum of 3 years work experience
Responsibilities:
- The assistant operator should coordinate with the team members, be able to assist the rewinder lead operator with the set up of the production
material, - Perform basic trouble shooting, follow up job order instructions, assist in changing rolls, cores, blades, adjustment of sizes and minor adjustments
- under the supervision of the lead operator.
- Inspect the finished rolls for quality assurance and meet customer or production specifications.
- Able to label, weigh, and prepare finished rolls, ie: stretch film
- Maintain a clean and safe work area & follow company housekeeping rules.
- Record production data, ie: output, defects, downtime in an accurate manner
