Store Floor Assistant

Qualifications:

• Two years’ work experience in retail/wholesale
• Male or female, below 30 years old, with valid passport
• College/university degree or diploma, spoken/written English and Tagalog
• Willing to work overseas on a two-year contract, hardworking, self-motivated and flexible
• Physically fit with medical and police clearance certificate
• Valid four-wheeler driver’s license and able to drive

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
• Ensure proper inventory stocking, shelf replenishment, and product displays.
• Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service.
• Handle customer complaints, returns, and escalations professionally.
• Assist in stock receiving, auditing, and replenishment.
• Conduct regular inventory checks to minimize shrinkage and overstocking.
• Coordinate with the warehouse/office for merely deliveries.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and company regulations.
• Ensure a rac ve product displays and proper signage.
• Implement promotional setups and seasonal layouts as per company guidelines.
• Resolve operational issues (staff conflicts, supply shortages, technical problems)
• Make quick decisions to improve store performance during peak hours.
