WAITER

Qualifications:

• HRM/Culinary graduates OR with 1 – year relevant experience
• English communication skills and cheerful personality
• Fresh Graduates with OJT experience acceptable

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and professionally.
• Take orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately.
• Check in with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Provide recommendations and answer questions about menu items.
• Handle complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Take orders from customers and relay them to the kitchen.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
• Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area. Set and reset tables efficiently.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards. Assist with inventory and
  restocking as needed.
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• May be responsible for bussing tables and cleaning up after customers.
• May be asked to assist with other tasks as needed, such as setting up for
  events or assisting in other areas of the restaurant.
• Need to be able to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and staff.
• Must be able to handle customer inquiries and complaints
  professionally and efficiently.
