Operations Accountant

Qualifications:

• 4 – 6 years in senior accounts/administrative position.
• Maintenance and development of office controls and procedures.
• Managerial emphasis.
• Accounting qualifications
•  Mature and stable temperament.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Organised and responsible work habits.

Responsibilities:

• To co-ordinate Branch Administration supervisors in the day to day aspects of administrative activities.
• Manage and co-ordinate workflow and systems between the centralized Shares Services department and Branches.
• Responsible for the training of all accounts and administrative staff and monitoring of senior supervisors.
• To ensure Board policies and administrative controls and procedures are adhered to.
• To conduct “ad hoc” assignments for the Group Administration Manager.

Requirements:

• Valid Passport
• RESUME with 2×2 picture
• Employment Certificate
