WAITER / WAITRESS

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years work experience
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent multitasking and time-management skills.
• Basic math skills for handling payments and giving change.
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods. Friendly and outgoing personality.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat customers promptly in a courteous manner.
• Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, including specials and promotions.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages to guests at their tables.
• Handle payment transactions accurately and return the correct change.
• Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure tables are clean and set up properly before guests are seated.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including clearing and resetting tables.
• Follow all health and safety regulations and guidelines

Requirements:

• Valid Passport
