Mechanical Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Proficient in using MS Office and project tracking tools.
• Safety certifications (e.g., OSHA, HSE) are an advantage.
• Familiarity with industry standards such as ASME, API, and ISO.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, P&IDs, and technical documentation.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, piping, pumps, compressors, and HVAC equipment

Responsibilities:

• Supervise mechanical crews during the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems, piping, rotating equipment, and other related components.
• Interpret and ensure adherence to project drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Plan daily work schedules and allocate resources to meet project milestones.
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with safety procedures and permit-to-work systems.
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings with teams on a regular basis.
• Inspect ongoing and completed work to ensure quality and adherence to engineering standards.
• Identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues, providing technical guidance and solutions.
• Supervise installation, commissioning, and maintenance of mechanical systems.
• Coordinate with other disciplines (e.g., electrical, civil, instrumentation) to ensure smooth workflow.
• Report any deviations, incidents, or potential delays to senior management.
