Wire Cutter

Qualifications:

• Proven experience operating diamond wire saw machines in a quarry or stone-cutting environment.
• Strong ability to assess cut quality and make real-time adjustments to optimize performance.
• Solid understanding of various stone types and appropriate cutting techniques.
• Familiarity with safety standards and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Physical stamina of work in out door quarry environments and handle heavy materials.
• Attention to detail and precision in executing straight, clean cuts with minimal waste.

Responsibilities:

• Operate wire saw cutting machines to slice large marble blocks from quarry walls.
• Set up and calibrate wire cutting systems to ensure precise and efficient cuts.
• Monitor cutting operations to maintain straight, clean slices with minimal material waste.
• Inspect and maintain wire saw equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Perform routine maintenance ,including replacing worn wire and lubricating machinery.
