Mini Loader Operator

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years work experience
• Basic knowledge of mining operations and underground transportation systems.
• Good understanding of equipment safety, mine safety procedures, and emergency protocols.
• Physical fitness and ability to work in confined, underground conditions.
• Ability to perform basic maintenance checks and identify mechanical issues.
• Good teamwork and communication skills to work closely with supervisors and support staff.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow precise operational instructions. and Willingness to working shifts, including nights and weekends if needed.
• Candidate must have a passport.
• Must know how to communicate in English.

Responsibilities:

• Operates the mini loader to load chrome orein to wagons for underground transportation.
• Monitors and controls the full underground transport route during loading operations.
• Loads powder fraction(dust) into the dust hopper by shoveling it into the mini loader.
• Carries out ore evacuation by loading wagons from the mine square/cave to the surface.
• Assists in various mining-related processes, including material loading, unloading, and transportation.
• Operates different machinery as required for ongoing underground operations.
• Reports any mechanical or technical issues with the mini loader to the appropriate supervisors. and Adheres to all safety standards and mine regulations during operations.
