Bartender / Juice Maker

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in hospitality or culinary arts is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a bar, juice bar, or food service environment.
• Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, juice blends, and beverage-making techniques.
• Expertise in drink preparation (smoothies, fresh juices, mocktails, and coffee-based beverages is a plus).
• Fluency in English with excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of basic bar equipment maintenance and food safety regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, mocktails, fresh juices, smoothies, and other beverages following standardized recipes.
• Ensure high-quality presentation and consistency in all drinks served.
• Operate juicers, blenders, shakers, and other beverage-making equipment efficiently.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the bar and juicing station in compliance with food safety regulations.
• Manage inventory and stock levels, ensuring fresh ingredients and supplies are always available.
• Take customer orders, provide recommendations, and customize drinks based on preferences.
• Handle cash and electronic payments accurately and maintain proper billing records.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, ensuring quick service without compromising quality.
• Assist in menu development, introducing new drinks and seasonal beverages.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe work environment

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary :  2,000 – 3,000 QAR
• Accommodation and Transportation provided by the company.
