Barista

Qualifications:

• (Male/Female)
• Minimum 3 years of barista experience in a specialty coffee shop.
• Age below 35 years.
• Strong knowledge of V60, Chemex, and manual brewing techniques.
• Ability to operate and maintain espresso machines and grinders.
• Excellent latte art skills are an advantage.
• Good customer service and communication skills in English.
• Attention to detail and passion for coffee craftsmanship.
• Team player with the ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Create and arrange floral designs for a wide range of occasions, including weddings, birthdays, and corporate events
• Interact with customers to understand their floral preferences, provide recommendations, and process orders accurately
• Design unique and creative bouquets, centerpieces, and decorative floral pieces using fresh and artificial flowers
• Maintain and manage inventory of flowers, supplies, and tools, ensuring fresh stock and proper storage
• Monitor and care for flowers and plants to ensure optimal freshness and presentation
• Prepare and package orders for delivery, coordinating logistics where necessary
• Collaborate with clients to plan and execute floral arrangements for special events and occasions, ensuring requirements are met
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and display areas
• Stay updated on floral trends, seasonal flowers, and modern design techniques
• Assist with pricing, order tracking, and basic cash handling or POS operations when required
