Qualifications:

• Preferably with GCC experience as a florist
• Proven experience in floral design, with strong creativity and an eye for detail, color, and composition
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency in handling floral tools and arranging equipment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple orders
• Basic math skills for pricing and inventory
• Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and during peak seasons
• Passionate about flowers and committed to quality presentation and customer satisfaction
• Nationality: Female Filipino

Responsibilities:

• Create and arrange floral designs for a wide range of occasions, including weddings, birthdays, and corporate events
• Interact with customers to understand their floral preferences, provide recommendations, and process orders accurately
• Design unique and creative bouquets, centerpieces, and decorative floral pieces using fresh and artificial flowers
• Maintain and manage inventory of flowers, supplies, and tools, ensuring fresh stock and proper storage
• Monitor and care for flowers and plants to ensure optimal freshness and presentation
• Prepare and package orders for delivery, coordinating logistics where necessary
• Collaborate with clients to plan and execute floral arrangements for special events and occasions, ensuring requirements are met
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and display areas
• Stay updated on floral trends, seasonal flowers, and modern design techniques
• Assist with pricing, order tracking, and basic cash handling or POS operations when required
