Account Assistant

Qualifications:

• Filipina female candidate
• Minimum 1–2 years of accounting or administrative experience
• Good knowledge of basic accounting principles
• Familiar with sales or customer service operations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Presentable with a professional attitude
• Good communication skills in English
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Candidates with Tally or ERP knowledge will have an advantage
• Willing to relocate and work in Qatar with provided accommodation and transport

Responsibilities:

• Assist in sales operations including:
  • Preparing quotations
  • Following up with clients
  • Issuing sales invoices
  • Updating inventory and maintaining sales records
• Communicate with customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Prepare and organize financial documents, reports, and vouchers
• Assist with monthly account reconciliations and support audits when required
• Maintain an organized filing system for financial and business documentation
• Collaborate with team members and departments to improve workflow efficiency
• Perform additional office support duties such as data entry, document handling, and admin support

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary : 2,500 QAR / (basic 2,200 + 300 food allowance)
• Accommodation and Transportation provided by the company.
