Hostess

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a hostess or front-of-house staff in a multi-branch restaurant or hospitality setup
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Pleasant personality with a professional appearance
• Must be able to remain composed and friendly in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Must be able to join immediately upon selection

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet guests warmly in a friendly and professional manner
• Manage and coordinate guest seating arrangements efficiently, especially during peak hours
• Maintain the reservation system and waitlist, ensuring smooth table rotation
• Assist in organizing guest flow and minimizing wait times
• Provide guests with accurate information regarding menu and restaurant services
• Answer phone calls and respond to customer queries regarding reservations or general inquiries
• Work closely with the restaurant team to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction
• Support restaurant staff in setting up and clearing tables when required
• Ensure the reception area is clean and presentable at all times
• Handle customer feedback and escalate issues when necessary

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary : 2,600 QAR / (39,540.83 PHP)
• All Inclusive Package
