Qualifications:

• Must be of Filipino nationality
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a waitress in a multi-branch restaurant or casual dining setup
• Strong customer service skills with a proactive and friendly approach
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Well-groomed, presentable, and polite in all guest interactions
• Able to handle pressure in a fast-paced work environment
• Willing to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Should be ready to join immediately upon selection

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet guests in a warm and friendly manner
• Guide and assist customers to their tables, ensuring prompt attention
• Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer customer queries
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into POS system
• Serve food and beverages to guests as per service standards
• Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of tables before and after guest service
• Maintain proper table settings and provide attentive guest service throughout the meal
• Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate issues if needed
• Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance at all times
• Follow restaurant policies, hygiene standards, and food safety guidelines
