Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years recent and relevant work experience in a commercial meat processing company
  • Ability to use knives safely and efficiently
  • Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • A valid driver’s license (able to drive 4-wheeled vehicles)

Responsibilities:

  • Boning and trimming beef cuts with precision and efficiency
  • Working in a cold storage environment
  • Meeting daily production and quality targets
  • Ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety, and QA standards
