FOREMAN – MECHANICAL

Qualifications:

  • Male applicants are preferred
  • High School but preferred with vocational course/Diploma
  • Minimum 3 years as Lead/Foreman of experience in Ship Repair:
  • Knowledgeable in main eagle 2 stroke, Auxillary Engine 4-stroke, Steam Turbine,
    Engine Turbocharger, Centrifugal Pump Screw Pump, Gear Box, Winches and Windlass, COW machines IG/Pump room
  • Knowledgeable in overhauling & calibration of Engine Fuel Pump Injector, Safety & Relief Valves and PV Valves Steel chock bedding, Valve seat grinding using CHris marine, Retubing of heat exchangers, Plate type cooler cleaning, High-pressure.
  • Washing of engine parts, Air hoist, hydraulic pump, jacks, etc. repair and rigging items up to 30 tons

Benefits:

  • Working Hours: 8 Hours per day / 48 hours in a week
  • Overtime: Overtime hours will be applicable after 48 working hours in week

  • No transport involved as staff accommodation is opposite to Drydocks
