Qualifications:

• Candidates must have a passport.
• Candidate must know how to communicate in English.
• Strong leadership, team coordination, and staff management skills
• Knowledge of budgeting ,financial planning, and revenue control
• Experience with hotel departments: front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, etc.
• Ability to manage online reservations and channel managers efficiently
• Problem-solving, crisis management, and decision-making skills

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and guest services.
• Ensure a high standard of customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Supervise and train hotel staff to maintain excellent service quality.
• Monitor occupancy rates and coordinate with sales and marketing to maximize bookings
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations.
• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
