Personal / Executive Assistant

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field is preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably in a multi-business or entrepreneurial environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities across different companies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior leadership, employees, clients, and external partners

Responsibilities:

• The Personal Assistant (PA) to the Managing Director (MD) will provide comprehensive administrative support across multiple companies, ensuring smooth operations and assisting in the management of daily tasks, projects, and communications.
• The role requires exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and priorities efficiently.
• The PA will act as a liaison between the MD and various teams, ensuring all operational needs are met while maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
