Qualifications:
- Candidates must have a passport.
- Candidate must know how to communicate in English.
- Able to operates and blasting machines, compressors, and PPE equipment
- Knowledge of abrasive types and correct pressure settings
- Physically fit and able to stand, bend, lift, and work in protective gear
- Comfortable working in noisy, dusty, or confined environments
Responsibilities:
- Prepare metal, concrete, or industrial surfaces using sandblasting equipment
- Operates and blasting machines to clean rust, paint, dirt, or coatings from surfaces
- Use different types of abrasives (e.g. sand, steel grit, glass beads) based on material
- Inspect surfaces before and after blasting to ensure quality and completeness
- Collaborate with painters, welders, or technicians if part of a production process
