Qualifications:

- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and address their needs.
- Excellent negotiation skills to close deals and offer financing options.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets and performance goals.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs and budget.
- Provide detailed information about vehicle features, pricing, and financing options.
- Negotiate prices, financing terms, and trade-in offers to close sales effectively.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals set by management.
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom and vehicle display area.
