Qualifications:

• Knowledge of milk handling, pasteurization, and processing techniques for dairy products like cheese, ricotta, and yogurt
• Ability to operate, clean, and maintain dairy processing machinery to ensure efficiency and prevent contamination.
• Ensures milk and dairy products meet required standards for taste, texture, and safety.
• Experience in proper storage, packaging, and labeling of dairy products for distribution.
• Capable of standing for long hours, handling heavy equipment, and maintaining accuracy in production processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced dairy production environment.
• Candidates must have a passport.
• Candidate must know how to communicate in English.

Responsibilities:

• Milk Processing: Performs various milk processing tasks, including cleaning, heating, and filtering milk to produce products such as cheese, ricotta, and other dairy items.
• Production Oversight: Ensures production processes meet hygiene and food safety standards while monitoring the quality of the products being created.
• Equipment Maintenance: Operates and maintains dairy processing equipment, ensuring that it functions efficiently and remains clean to prevent contamination of the products.
• Product Preparation and Packaging: Involved in the packaging and labeling of finished dairy products, ensuring they are properly prepared for distribution.
