Milling Operator

Qualifications:

• Candidates must have a passport.
• Candidate must know how to communicate in English.
• Proven experience operating milling machines or similar precision machinery.
• Knowledge of machining techniques, materials, and tooling used in milling operations.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure precise measurements and high-quality results.
• Ability to set up and calibrate milling machines according to specifications.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and handle heavy materials when necessary.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and the ability to work in a safe environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate milling machines to perform precision machining tasks on various materials such as metal or plastic.
• Monitor machine performance and adjust settings to ensure accurate cutting, shaping, or drilling.
• Inspect finished parts for quality control, ensuring they meet required specifications and tolerances.
• Maintain and clean milling machines to ensure proper functioning and prevent breakdowns.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues with milling machines.
