Qualifications:
- Candidates must have a passport.

- Proven experience operating asphalt rollers or similar heavy machinery.
- Knowledge of asphalt compaction processes, equipment settings, and safety protocols.
- Ability to adjust roller settings such as speed, pressure, and vibration based on project requirements.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure proper surface quality and compaction.
- Physical stamina to work long hours in outdoor environments and handle heavy equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Operate asphalt rollers to compact and smooth freshly laid asphalt on roads, highways, and parking lots.
- Monitor the rolling process to ensure uniform compaction and avoid defects in the surface.
- Adjust roller settings such as speed, pressure, and vibration to meet project specifications.
- Perform routine checks and maintenance on the roller to ensure it operates efficiently and safely.
Inspect the compacted surface for quality and make adjustments as needed. - Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
