- Lead and guide technical teams, providing mentorship and support to ensure optimal performance
- Develop and implement technical strategies, processes, and systems to improve productivity and innovation.
- Monitor project progress, identifying and resolving technical issues to keep projects on track.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols
