Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all technical aspects of road construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to timelines.
- Develop and implement project plans, including technical specifications, design reviews, and resource allocation.
- Monitor the construction process to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols
