Roller Operator

Qualifications:

• Candidates must have passport.
• Familiarity with different types of compaction equipment (e.g., vibratory, static, pneumatic).
• Basic mechanical knowledge to perform simple repairs or checks.
• English level: B1 (Intermediate – can understand safety instructions and communicate with crew).
• Good physical condition and ability to work outdoors in all weather.

Responsibilities:

• Operate a roller machine to compact asphalt or soil on roads, parking lots, or construction sites.
• Follow compaction patterns to ensure a smooth, even surface.
• Adjust roller settings based on material and site conditions.
• Work closely with the paving crew and supervisor to maintain consistent workflow.
• Inspect roller before use and perform basic maintenance (check fluids, tires, vibration system)
