Livestock Farmer/Agricultural Worker

Qualifications:

• Candidate must have passports.
• Candidate must know how to communicate in English.
• Knowledge of livestock care, including feeding, milking, breeding, and health monitoring
• Basic farming skills, such as planting, harvesting, and maintaining crops or pastures
• Ability to operate farming machinery (e.g., tractors, plows) safely and effectively
• Familiar with safety protocols for handling animals, chemicals, and equipment
• Physical strength and stamina, as the job may require heavy lifting, long hours, and working in various weather conditions
• Attention to detail when monitoring animal health, farm tasks, and record-keeping

Responsibilities:

• Carefor and managelivestock, including feeding, watering, and ensuring their overall well-being (e.g., cows, pigs, sheep, etc.)
• Monitor animal health, checking for signs of illness or injury and reporting concerns to supervisors or veterinarians
• Assist with breeding activities, including caring for pregnant animals, assisting during births, and ensuring newborns are healthy
• Maintain and repair equipment, such as feeding machines, fences, and watering systems
• Manage crops and pastures for feeding animals, including planting, harvesting, and ensuring proper soil management
