- Understanding of drying times, coating thickness, and finish quality standards
- Familiar with technical data sheets and paint mixing ratios
- Physically fit; able to lift, bend, climb, and stand for long periods
Responsibilities:
- Apply primers, protective coatings, and industrial paint using spray guns, rollers, or brushes
- Mix and match paints according to specifications and technical data sheets
- Follow precise instructions for coating thickness and drying times
- Work individually or with a team to complete tasks on schedule
- Use safety gear and follow health and safety procedures at all times
