Integrity Engineer

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Materials, or Metallurgical Engineering required.
• At least 10 years related experience from Oil and Gas / Petro-Chemical industries.
• Must have NACE Internal Corrosion or Corrosion Specialist certification.
• Must have API 510, API 570, AWS, RBI, or relevant inspection certifications.
• Knowledge of pipeline integrity, risk standards, and ASME codes (B31.8, B31.4, B31G).
• Experience in Fitness for Service (FFS) assessments for pipelines.
• Skilled in evaluating pipeline corrosion and crack threats.

Responsibilities:

• Lead integrity management efforts for pipelines.
• Analyze integrity data, identify hazards, and recommend risk mitigation.
• Assess pipeline anomalies and suggest corrective actions.
• Evaluate integrity results to determine further actions.
• Contribute to hazard identification and risk assessments.
• Enhance Saudi Aramco standards, procedures, and best practices.
• Perform technical tasks for onshore and offshore pipelines.
• Ensure high-quality technical work and task completion.
• Attend vendor meetings to support pipeline engineering.
• Provide expertise, answer technical queries, and lead studies.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid passport for more than 3 years
• Employment certificates
• NBI clearance valid for at least 1 year with “no derogatory / no record on file” remarks
• PEOS certificate
