TILE SETTER / CONCRETER

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a Tile Setter
• Demonstrated expertise in surface preparation, including cleaning, patching, and filling holes
• Proficiency in cutting and leveling tiles
• Skilled in the application of tile adhesives and grouts
• Familiarity with waterproofing systems
• Can prepare sites by setting up formwork, leveling ground, and installing reinforcement materials (e.g., rebar or mesh)
• Mix, pour, and spread concrete using hand tools, power tools, or machinery
• Smooth and finish concrete surfaces with trowels, floats, or other equipment
• Experienced in the use of power tools
• Must either be exempt from the English language test or have passed an English test (IELTS or PTE Academic)
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and drive a four-wheeled vehicle
