QA/QC Testing Technician

Qualifications:

  • With TESDA / Vocational or any related courses.
  • Knowledgeable on bar codes scanning and materials should be properly stored in good locations in line with PO / DC / Invoice.
  • Maintaining the assembly completed valves and required records (control sheets, route cards and traceability sheets) as per work instructions.
  • Performing visual, dimensional and PMI inspection on castings, bough out and sub-contracting components/process.

Responsibilities:

  • Performing visual, dimensional and PMI inspection on castings, bought out and sub-contracting components/process as per ITP, WO and Technical procedures.
  • On-time material inspection and clearance of compliance materials for next process.
  • Performing non-destructive testing and re-verification of components after work.
  • Responsible on instrument and equipment on-time calibration and review of calibration certificate. Also, follows the QMS and ensure safety in work areas.

  • Valid Passport
