Catrion Catering is seeking an experienced Captain Waiter to lead our service team at Airport Lounges in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations, provide excellent customer service, and maintain lounge standards.

Building Painter

Qualifications:

• Vocational Graduate or college background preferably in Civil Engineering.
• Completion of recognized training, course and seminar related to building paint maintenance is desirable.
• Years and Nature of Experience
• 2-3 Years of experience as Building Painter or carpenter with at least 1 year practice on painting job and installation wooden materials or gypsum board. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Technical knowledge in sheet metal fabrication is an advantage
• Ability to read, write and speak English is a must, Arabic language is desirable.
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to read, review and interpret mechanical designs and diagrams, technical documents, can prepare and present technical records and reports.

Responsibilities:

• Determined the method for preparing surfaces of designated structure, the type of tools & equipment & the type of mixture of paints to be used.
• Review the movement and usage of paints / painting materials in the workshop and order as required.
• Use paint spraying equipment effectively and harmlessly.
• Observe & adhere to personal and industrial safety practices in the workshop and working areas by proper utilization of signs (i.e.; Sorry for Inconvenience / Under Repair) and barriers.
• Decide and arrange transport of an equipment into the workshop should major repair is to be carried out, or if movement by technicians while repairing an equipment in Production will hamper or reduce food makers of their productivity.
• Observe and encourage cost consciousness in the workshop and working areas by cross-utilization of still usable parts and materials.
• Maintain high standard of cleaning and sanitation in the workshops as well as in the working areas by proper disposal of debris and scrapped mechanical or electrical parts.
• Ensure proper utilization of tools, workshop equipment and painting materials while working in the workshop or in any working areas particularly in Food Production areas.
• Submission of daily report concerning daily achievement
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
• Perform other duties related to the job and/or the operation of the company, in accordance with the regulations of the Saudi Labor of Law.
• Adherence to Cybersecurity policies and procedures.
• Dealing with data and information according to their level of classification.
• Avoid violating the rights of any person or company protected by copyrights, patents, or any other intellectual property, or similar laws or regulations.
• Compliance with Cybersecurity requirements related to the protection of user devices, Internet, software, systems, and Email requirements.
• Adhere to the acceptable use policy and Using SACC information and technical assets only for business purposes.
• Obtaining the required permit from the security department or the owner of the authority in SACC before hosting visitors in the company’s specific sensitive sites.
