Job Vacancy: Training Coordinator
Job Location: Saudi Arabia

We are seeking a dedicated Training Coordinator to develop, implement, and manage training programs for contractor personnel in a healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in hospital infection control, environmental health, or public health and possess strong communication skills to effectively train and guide employees. 

Training Coordinator

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited university.
  • Minimum of 5+ years in a similar role (healthcare, infection control, environmental/public health).
  • Strong verbal and written English skills.
  • Knowledge and experience in hospital infection control and environmental/public health practices.
  • Ability to assess competency levels and adapt training for different audiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop training programs tailored to different education and literacy levels of personnel.
  • Conduct new hire orientation, both on-the-job and classroom training.
  • Deliver continuous training on infection control, environmental safety, and public health best practices.
  • Maintain accurate training records, including dates, content, and participant details.
  • Conduct quarterly competency assessments and refresher training as needed.
  • Ensure all contractor personnel adhere to approved procedures and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
  • Implement training strategies that align with Client’s health and safety standards.
