Patch Worker

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred for this role
• Minimum of 5 years work experience

Responsibilities:

• Inspecting vehicles to identify small dents, scratches, and other surface imperfections that can be repaired with patching technique
• Cleaning and sanding damaged areas to ensure proper adhesion of repair materials.
• Utilizing techniques like paintless dent removal (PDR) to carefully push out dents from the inside of the panel without the need for body panel replacement.
• Applying body filler to smooth out minor dents and scratches, ensuring a smooth surface for paint application.
• Applying primer to the repaired areas to prepare the surface for paint.
• Matching the existing vehicle color and carefully applying paint to the repaired areas.
• Refining the painted surface with sanding and buffing to achieve a smooth, polished finish
