HR SECTION HEAD

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Master’s degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is preferred
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Proven experience in HR strategy, employee scheduling, onboarding, compliance, and team management
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and tools, with a good understanding of HR analytics, scheduling, and onboarding systems.

Salary and Benefits:

• Basic Salary: 3,000- 4,800 SAR/monthly
• Food allowance: 500 SAR/monthly
• Accommodation: 1,000 -1,600 SAR/monthly
• Transportation:  500 800 SAR/monthly
