PLANNER

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree + 2 years’ experience, Master’s with no experience, or equivalent education/training/experience.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the customer interface for demand planning and shipments, develop and execute operational plans, ensure customer satisfaction, minimize liability, and improve planning metrics performance.
• Collaborate with BU and Customer to develop a demand plan using the Demand Management Process.
• Create and load a Master Schedule into the Jabil ERP system through material and capacity analysis.
• Maintain a feasible production plan and coordinate with operations for execution.
• Develop revenue forecasts, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Track planning metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Comply with company security policies and procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Thorough knowledge of ERP/MRP and 1-2 years of materials experience.
• Advanced PC skills, including Jabil software knowledge.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interpret and create documents and reports.
• Proficient in basic algebra, geometry, and statistical calculations.
• APICS certification preferred.
• Proficient verbal and written English skills.
