PRODUCTION MANAGER
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years work experience
- Proficient in English (spoken and written).
Responsibilities:
- Monitor the implementation of the daily loading plan for production to achieve optimal use of available resources and track the achievement of the plan.
- Oversee the receipt and handover of shifts for engineers.
- Monitor the execution of processes under standard conditions.
- Supervise the machine setup and startup processes.
- Track operational indicators to guide workers and identify causes of deviations.
- Ensure optimal use of raw materials and compare outputs with inputs to identify causes of deviations.
- Monitor defect and scrap rates, analyze performance, and improve process efficiency.
- Determine the necessary workforce for the production process and provide it according to company policy.
- Ensure workers acquire skills through regular training programs.
- Participate in evaluating the performance of new raw materials and new molds.
- Communicate with different departments (Quality, Planning) to resolve issues.
- Develop improvement plans for the department to achieve the desired goals
- Create and periodically update the operational instructions for the department.
- Collaborate with the factory manager on reports, data analysis, and work strategy development.
- Review periodic analyses submitted by production engineers and provide guidance on necessary improvements.
- Monitor maintenance work for molds and associated downtime, ensuring operational continuity post-downtime.
- Ensure the implementation of 5S practices.
- Apply safety and health standards and monitor their implementation for all employees.
- Ensure that all departmental staff execute processes with the required accuracy and efficiency.
- Communicate with Human Resources regarding employee issues
