Al Adwani General Hospital is seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Insurance Approval Officer to manage insurance authorizations and approvals. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare insurance processes, particularly within Saudi hospitals, and a strong understanding of CCHI regulations and NPHIES systems.

Insurance Approval Officer

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Medical Administration, Nursing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 to 4 years’ experience as an Approval Officer, Insurance Coordinator, or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with NPHIES in a Saudi hospital or healthcare facility.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi insurance company processes and CCHI regulations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Review and process insurance approvals for patients efficiently and accurately.
• Coordinate with insurance companies to ensure timely claim authorizations.
• Utilize NPHIES system for approvals, claims, and reporting.
• Maintain compliance with Saudi health insurance regulations and CCHI guidelines.
• Liaise with hospital departments to ensure proper documentation for insurance purposes.
• Resolve insurance-related issues and communicate effectively with patients and insurance providers.
• Maintain accurate records of approvals, denials, and correspondence with insurance companies.

Salary:

• SR 2,500 + SR 300 Food Allowance
