We are looking for an experienced Coffee Roaster to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of coffee beans and roasting techniques, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for crafting the perfect cup of coffee.
COFFEE ROASTER
Qualifications:
- Male applicants
- Minimum of 2 years work experience
- Roast coffee beans to perfection, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Monitor and adjust roasting profiles based on bean type and desired flavor profiles.
- Conduct quality control checks and taste tests to ensure the highest standards.
- Maintain and clean roasting equipment regularly.
- Collaborate with the team to develop new coffee blends and offerings.
- Keep detailed records of roasting profiles and batch information.
Responsibilities:
- In-depth knowledge of coffee beans, origins, and roasting techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Passion for coffee and a desire to continuously learn and improve.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification from a recognized coffee roasting program.
- Experience with various roasting machines and equipment.
- Strong sensory skills and the ability to distinguish subtle flavor differences.

- Valid passport ( 2 years validity)
- Updated resume
