Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years work experience
• Qualification consists of competencies that a person must achieve to provide food and beverage service to guests in various food and beverage service facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Food & Beverage servers process orders and serve food & beverage items to customers
• Ensure customers are satisfied with their dining experience
• Immediately handle complaints and concerns as they occur
