GARMENT PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

• Male applicants
• Must have diploma/ certification in textile, fashion, design or related field.
• Must have a strong understanding of garment manufacturing processes and quality control procedures.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organization skills.
• Must have the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Proficient in using production management software and tools.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible in overseeing the daily operations of garment production to ensure that manufacturing processes run smoothly, efficiently, and within quality standards.
• Supervise and lead a team of production workers, including seamstresses, cutters, and machine operators.
• Assign tasks to production staff and monitor their performance to ensure high productivity and quality.
• Develop and implement production schedules to meet deadlines and optimize workflow.
• Coordinate with the planning and quality assurance teams to ensure that production targets align with quality and delivery requirements.
• Monitor the production process to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Inspect finished garments and identify areas for improvement in the production process.
• Manage the allocation of materials and resources to ensure efficient production.
• Order supplies and maintain inventory levels to prevent shortages or delays in production.
• Identify and resolve issues in the production line, such as equipment malfunctions, supply shortages, or staffing problems.
• Implement corrective actions to minimize disruptions and improve production efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
• Conduct safety training sessions for production staff as needed
