MASTER AUTOMOTIVE PAINT MIXER

Qualifications:

• Preferably with five (5) to eight (8) years related experience.
• Must have experience as a paint mixer (preferably CROMAX BRAND).
• Must be familiar with safety procedures and MSDS Sheets.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for accurately mixing different types of paint, stain or coating to create the appropriate color and consistency for each specific job.
• Knowledgeable with color theory and able to determine the correct mixing ratios for each paint.
• Responsible for mixing and matching colors according to specifications and formulas.
• Responsible for ensuring that the paint is the correct consistency for the application method.
• Keep track for the inventories.
• Perform routine checks on paint mixtures to ensure quality control.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), handling hazardous materials responsibly, and maintain a safe work environment.
• Lead and train a team of mixers.
• Provide after sales services to automotive companies and body workshop
