ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SENIOR ACCOUNTANT

Qualifications:

• Chartered accounting qualification from a reputable professional association is a plus
• Experience in SAP FI CO (Financial Accounting & Controlling) Module is required

Responsibilities:

• Review LPOs received from Procurement and ensure the timely and accurate processing of payments to suppliers
• Ensure the accurate allocation of costs for each activity to ensure accurate accounting of payables
• Control CAD and notes payable banks limits
• Clear pending issues in co-ordination with Procurement Department
• Monitor and update accounts in system and databases
• Monitor, update, and adjust the aging reports of suppliers
• Provide the up to date report of the status of accounts payable
• Perform other duties as may be assigned or required
